1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using WedMap ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WedMap is a wedding planning platform that helps users organise events, manage guest lists, track budgets, and coordinate vendors. The Service is provided by WeddingMap ("we", "us", "our").

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
• Upload malicious content or interfere with the Service's operation
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into WedMap (wedding details, guest lists, budgets, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We do not sell, share, or use your content for advertising purposes.

6. Free and Premium Tiers

The Service offers both free and paid tiers. Features available in each tier may change over time. We will provide reasonable notice before removing features from a tier you are actively using.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep WedMap available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any data loss, downtime, or damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeddingMap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or missed deadlines.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
